my E-mail : as-blackmemories@hot
It always saying internal server error at all times 0.3 a.m, 3 p.m or any time.

at the same time my another E-mail a.b.scorpion@hot login in

where is the problem ?? what's the wrong with my E-mail ???
contact list ?? groups ?? the "-" because my friend khl-blackmemories@hot
have the same thing : internal server error at any time.

And I can't add buddy, Saying : No active IM protocols support this feature.

I'm using the new V 3.2

I'm using the new V 3.2

Try switching to HTTP(wap). Then try to login again with both hotmail addresses. Of course, not simultaneously. Try them one by one. Besides a weird server problem, there shouldn't be any issue connecting.
Since you probably couldn't login, the error saying "no active IM protocols support this feature" is normal.

You always tried with an email address @hotmail.com?
@w.cn is not a supported protocol in shmessenger so for that is a normal behavior. But for @hotmail.com protocol it should all be fine. I mean, there should be no difference between 2 email addresses belonging to the same protocol.

We'll try to investigate that and see if we can come with a fix to your problem.

it doesn't have ANYTHING to do with the number of contacts. I just don't understand...are you reffering to @hotmail.com by saying @hot just to be "cool" or you also put this address in the shmessenger application?

I mean...if you put "[your_username]@hotmail.com", yes, it should work.

But if you put "[your_username]@hot", "@hot" it's an invalid domain and there is NO way it will work like that.

Also, you tried the "@w.cn" domain instead of a @hotmail.com domain and IT WORKED??? In ShMessenger???

Yes I put [username]@hotmail.com

I tried "3amer.s@w.cn" in SHM and worked

I have the SAME problem With "" abo.ra3d1 ""

my SHm acc : eyad_moon
MSN Messenger : eyad_b72@hotmail.com

I have another account on MSN but it warked.....

I'm Create a new account on SHm... and it's same problem

I got the same problem (internal server error) only in hotmail account, but yahoo worked fine.
the second issue, I have a wi-fi connection and I could not connect to it (only on GPRS).
Is SHmessenger does not support wi-fi ???
BTW: my email is: secretsinfuldesire@hotmail.com and my device is E72
PLEASE HELP!!!

shmessenger DOES support WiFi (but the application must be set to Direct(internet)). and if there are not some server problems MSN login should work ok for your account.

Please, make sure you checked the checkbox in front of the MSN protocol in the login screen of the application.
